COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor is required to join a unique and ambitious commercial law firm. You will manage a varied caseload, including Contract disputes, Shareholder disputes, IT-related matters, Insolvency issues and Property disputes. The successful solicitor will have proven experience in handling complex and high-quality litigation matters gained with a leading regional or national practice. A team player with drive, ambition and career focus. No barriers to promotion—partnership prospects available for strong performers.
