COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR (LOCUM) 5+ PQE, SUFFOLK, £40 - £50 PER HOUR. A locum opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to support a friendly team in Suffolk and provide support to the team tduring their on-going permanent recruitment. JOB REF: 1306

• A well-regarded law firm is seeking a locum commercial property solicitor (5+ years PQE) to provide locum support during a permanent recruitment process
• The position covers a broad range of property transactions, including complex matters, requiring in-depth commercial property expertise
• You will handle a varied caseload, such as sales and purchases, remortgages, refinancing, commercial leases, and construction-related contracts
• Duties include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, leases, and transfer deeds
• This role is ideal for a solicitor who can start immediately and commit to the assignment on an ongoing basis
• Administrative support will be provided by a legal secretary and wider team members
• The role is mainly office-based, with hybrid working options available
