THE ROLE:
As a Residential Conveyance Solicitor, you will handle residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages. You will manage the conveyancing process, from reviewing contracts and carrying out property searches to liaising with clients, lenders, and other parties, ensuring smooth completion and registration. Strong attention to detail, client communication, and practical legal advice are essential in this role.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate, whether a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer, will have over 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing. They will demonstrate strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with case management systems, and possess excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Previous experience in managing or mentoring team members is also highly desirable.
