Residential Conveyancer - Locum

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - LOCUM, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, SUFFOLK, up to £50 per hour. A well-established firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to support their team, starting immediately and continuing until the end of December. JOB REF:1254

•This Suffolk based role will focus primarily on managing part exchange buy ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.

•This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience, handling both freehold and leasehold transactions

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

•You will confidently handle all correspondence and documentation with minimal need for administrative support
