• Work on a broad range of matters, from succession planning, asset and business sales, M&As, re-organisations, partnerships, shareholder agreements and investments.
• Run your own caseload with autonomy, while also supporting senior colleagues on complex deals
• Get involved in client development and contribute to the firm’s growth
• Collaborate in a friendly, team-focused environment

About you:
• 3+ years PQE with solid experience in corporate and commercial law
• Confident communicator with strong technical skills
• Proactive, commercially aware, and motivated to develop professionally
• Enjoys working as part of a team while building client relationships
