THE ROLE: A well-regarded and expanding law firm with a strong reputation for complex dispute resolution work is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly respected Dispute Resolution & Litigation team. With a mix of blue-chip clients and high-value matters both domestic and international this is a superb opportunity for a driven litigator looking to step up in their career and take on more responsibility in a collaborative, high-calibre environment.

You will work closely with two experienced Partners, a Legal Director, a Consultant, and other qualified lawyers within a cohesive and supportive team. This role offers the chance to develop your leadership potential, contribute to strategic thinking, and engage in high-value, technically challenging work.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE
• Significant experience in commercial litigation and/or dispute resolution
• Comfortable managing complex cases and building strong client relationships
• Commercially savvy with a pragmatic approach to risk and resolution
• A team player with the ability to support and mentor junior colleague
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• A following of clients/referrers or a demonstrable track record of business development is highly desirable
