OB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal ExecutiveLOCATION: Berkshire (Hybrid Working – 3 Days in Office) SALARY: Competitive + Benefits THE ROLE: A respected regional law firm is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its thriving Residential Property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is technically strong, client-focused, and looking to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative environment. The role offers a varied caseload, career development opportunities, and the chance to work alongside experienced colleagues in a close-knit, friendly team. You’ll handle your own files from instruction to completion, advising a broad range of clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
- Sales and purchases (including high-value and complex title matters
- New build transactions
- First-time buyer support
- Leasehold matters
- Remortgages
- Lease extensions and enfranchisement (optional involvement)
THE CANDIDATE:- Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX
- Proven ability to manage your own residential property files
- A client-first mindset with a flexible and pragmatic approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player who values collaboration and knowledge-sharing
