THE ROLE:
This highly regarded firm is currently seeking a Solicitor to join its growing Contentious Probate team within the dispute resolution department. In this role, you will oversee a varied caseload, deliver exceptional service, and maintain the highest professional standards to secure the best possible outcomes for clients. You will collaborate closely with the Partners, occasionally providing supervision and guidance to team members, and play an active role in business development and networking initiatives to support the team’s continued growth.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum 2:1 degree and, ideally, holding ACTAPS qualification. You will be personable and approachable, with excellent communication and drafting skills, as well as proven experience in business development initiatives.
