OVERVIEW:
•You will be responsible for managing a caseload of care and public law cases, overseeing the progress of each file from start to finish
•This role involves travel to courts and other offices
•The appointed solicitor will handle cases autonomously, conducting advocacy as required to ensure timely and successful outcomes
•You will be expected to support the more senior members of the team and provide supervision and support to the more junior members
•The firm is seeking candidates with a strong background in public family law
•Excellent organisational and communication skills
