This role is well-suited to a paralegal looking to deepen their experience in family law and build long-term expertise. You will support the Head of the Family Department handling a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and child arrangements. FAMILY PARALEGAL:
Working alongside the head of family you will be involved in a broad range of family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and child arrangements. Draft legal documents, prepare court bundles, conduct legal research, and liaise with clients, Counsel, and courts in a professional, empathetic manner. Ideal candidates will have prior family law experience of at least 12 months, strong drafting/admin skills, excellent client care, and be highly organised with a proactive attitude.
