Private Client Locum

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR – LOCUM, SENIOR LEVEL SUPPORT, 5 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £COMPETITIVE, SOMERSET/ HYBRID. A highly respected law firm in Somerset is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Locum to step into a senior position during a transitional period. This role is essential to ensure continuity and maintain the highest standards of client care during this transitional period. JOB REF: 0666

•Exciting opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded team on a fixed term basis from early September, ensuring a smooth handover.

•Office attendance is required at least once per week, while the remaining days may be worked remotely with secretarial support available.

•The role requires someone who can manage files independently and is confident using the LEAP case management system.

•You will handle a broad caseload including Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration and Court of Protection matters.

•Ideal candidates will have 5+ years PQE, be comfortable working with minimal supervision, and ready to step into a senior position within the team.
