This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a senior litigator who wants to make their mark in a progressive and well-regarded firm that truly values its people.
THE ROLE:
• Handle a diverse and high-quality caseload, including shareholder and partnership disputes, contested probate, commercial disputes, warranty claims, financial services and banking litigation.
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior and mid-level lawyers, while supporting senior partners with strategic and business development initiatives.
• Play a crucial role in the leadership and development of the department, contributing to the firm’s long-term success.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in dispute resolution
• Currently operating as a Partner, Senior Associate, or Head of Department
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Commercially minded, with a client-centric approach and strong business development credentials.
