OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology related agreements
•This includes outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution, and franchising
•The appointed lawyer will lead client matters and build strong relationships while collaborating with firm wide teams
•Supporting the business and assisting senior lawyers in supervising junior staff
•Applicants must have a minimum of three years’ experience in commercial law
•Experience in sectors like technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction, or the public sector is beneficial
•Familiarity with in-house or consumer contracts and public procurement is advantageous
