Private Client Solicitor

PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (2–4 PQE), BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £50,000–£60,000 (DOE). The successful Solicitor will oversee a broad range of non-contentious private client matters, providing guidance to a diverse client base during often sensitive and challenging times.

• The firm is looking for a skilled lawyer with solid technical expertise across Probate and Estate Administration, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Inheritance Tax, and Capital Gains Tax.

• You must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a compassionate and practical way, delivering tailored legal advice that reduces stress and helps build trusted, long-term client relationships.

• You will manage your own caseload and client base, working within a busy and well-supported team, with access to high-quality work and opportunities to contribute to business development.
