CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR:
On offer is a challenging and rewarding caseload of complex and high-value cases including matters such as, medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, surgical errors, birth injuries, brain & spinal injuries and amputations. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through regular training and mentoring. It is essential for this role to have the natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch, whilst at all times demonstrating care and understanding. As the appointed solicitor you will have previous experience in drafting documents and correspondence such as witness statements and letters of instruction to counsel and to medical experts. You will possess excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic and prioritise client care over all else.
