Trusts Manager - Locum

TRUSTS MANAGER - LOCUM 5+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, WORCESTERSHIRE, £40-45 PER HOUR, ON-GOING. An opportunity to join a reputable and approachable regional law firm, providing locum support to their Private Client Department. JOB REF: 9498

• Ongoing locum assignment to provide cover during permanent recruitment
• Primarily office-based role, with potential for hybrid working arrangements
• You will be required to manage trust files from inception through to conclusion
• You will oversee the trust registration process and prepare Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to progress client matters, ensuring compliance and completion of all necessary documentation
• You will have a strong background in handling trust matters of varying complexity, including Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), and Income Tax issues
• Previous experience within a legal or accountancy setting is essential
• Candidates holding an AAT Accounting qualification are encouraged to apply
• You will be expected to support the wider Trusts team
