OVERVIEW:
• You will have a solid background and experience in handling trust matters, ranging in complexity as well as Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT) and Income Tax matters
• You will be required to manage trust files from inception through to conclusion
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to advance client matters ensuring compliance and completion of necessary documentation
• You will oversee trust registration process and prepare Trust Accounts and Estate Tax Returns
• You will be required to support the wider Trusts team
• Previous experience in legal or accountancy background is required
• Candidates with AAT Accounting qualification are encouraged to apply
• On-going locum assignment to cover permanent recruitment
• Primarily office-based, but can look at hybrid working options
