In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties to provide expert advice and maintain the firm’s strong reputation. You will have experience in residential conveyancing matters, with the ability to manage your own caseload. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent client care and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality service. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle transactions independently.
