OVERVIEW:
•The main focus of this role is probate administration, with some involvement in drafting wills
•The appointed lawyer will handle files from initiation to completion
•You will work with stakeholders to ensure seamless case progression while staying informed on relevant legal developments and legislation
•The firm is seeking Probate Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
•Outstanding client care and exceptional communication skills are essential
•This role is mainly office-based, but flexible working arrangements may be considered when justified or necessary
