Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Northamptonshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – This is a new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Regional Law Firm. JOB REF: 8955.

If you are an experience Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in your career, you will not want to miss out on this new opportunity in Northamptonshire.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• You will be capable of running a full caseload of commercial property matters to include standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work.
• Some experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance
• Outstanding communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members
