Corporate Commercial Lawyer, 2-4 Years PQE, Hampshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer looking to secure a role with a reputable firm. JOB REF: 8876.

• Based in Hampshire, this role gives the opportunity to join an expanding and successful firm in a flexible, supportive and encouraging environment.
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors or Legal Executives with between 2-4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include drafting high-quality commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents and providing support to Legal Directors and Partners on Legal transactions
• You will need to have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well to tight deadlines.
