OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Fee Earner will run caseloads with numerous private client matters, including probate, will drafting, tax planning and court of protection and power of attorney work
•You will provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients
•This involves staying up to date with relevant laws and regulations, and delivering legal services tailored to each client's specific needs
•The ideal candidate should be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience in comparable roles
•The fee earner will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•Strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards of client care
