CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR:
Expanding firm is offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious junior solicitor to make their mark, with the opportunity to complete international work on offer. The appointed Solicitor will handle an exciting and dynamic caseload of high-profile commercial matters. Duties include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. You will provide legal advice on compliance and regulatory matters, assist with business development and maintain strong client relationships. The firm is considering applications from individuals with newly qualified status up to 3 years PQE, gained in either national firms or reputable niche firms. This role is fully office-based due to the nature of the team setup.
