OVERVIEW:
•The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will handle a caseload of commercial property matters
•This includes commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors
•You will advise clients and ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices
•The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience experience handling Commercial Property matters
•You will have a pro-active approach with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
