JOB TITLE:       Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE:   2 + years’ experience
LOCATION:       Leicestershire
SALARY:           circa £32,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•You will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers with 2 + years’ experience in a similar role and Post Completion experience.
•The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for this area of law
•Experience in handling their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters.
•Strong communication and organisation skills
•The firm is seeking candidates with experience using the LEAP case management system
