OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors.
•The appointed solicitor will advise clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
•Opportunity to advance to a managerial role or take on managerial duties
•The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Commercial Property cases
•You will have the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders
•No following necessary
•You will offer exceptional levels of client care
