Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £40,000-£50,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join a highly reputable property team in Hertfordshire. JOB REF:8682.

• Due to expansion at the firm, a need has arisen for an additional Residential Conveyancer to join the team.
• Applications are sought from Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• The team delivers high levels of quality service to high-net-worth clients on a varied case load of all aspects of conveyancing matters.
• The successful Residential Conveyancer will manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion.
• Your caseload will include the full remit of residential property work, with additional exposure to other areas of property work when working as part of the wider team.
• You will be confident and capable of attending networking and firm events to build relationships with potential clients and intermediaries.
• You will join a progressive law firm with a long history and a reputation built on providing outstanding service and legal advice.
