THE ROLE:
This well-regarded national firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join their highly successful commercial disputes team in order to offer support and guidance in relation to procurement matters. You will be working closely alongside the partners, as well as offering supervision to junior team members, in order to assist a wide range of clients within the public and private sectors – including, central and local government authorities, NHS bodies, educational institutions, charities and utility companies.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 6 years’ PQE, particularly those with a proven track record in high-level procurement disputes and good experience from a top city or large regional firm. You should be capable of managing your own independent caseload and have an enthusiastic approach to participating in business development initiatives to drive the growth of the practice.
