TITLE: Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Procurement Disputes)
PQE: 6+
LOCATION: Oxfordshire
SALARY: £80-100K

THE ROLE:
The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial litigator specializing in procurement disputes to join their successful commercial disputes team. The role will involve providing expert support and guidance on contentious public procurement matters to a diverse client base across the public and private sectors, including central and local government, educational institutions, utility companies, NHS bodies, and charities. You will also work closely alongside the partners and offer supervision to more junior members of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 6 years’ PQE, with a strong track record in high-level procurement disputes and experience gained at a leading city or large regional firm. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage their own caseload and be eager to engage in business development activities to support the growth of the practice.
