JOB TITLE: Residential property Solicitor
PQE: 2+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
The role will see you managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision. Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.
