Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, Greater London, 4+ Years PQE, £Competitive – A new role for an experience Corporate & Commercial Solicitor. JOB REF: 8591

• Applications are sought from Corporate & Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• The successful candidate will provide high quality tailored legal advice across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
• You will be responsible for advising on Mergers, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, management buy outs, equity financing, and commercial contracts.
• You will be required to work collaboratively with other departments and offices, whilst running their own caseload independently.
• In addition to strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial contracts, applicants should be commercially aware and have a client-focused approach.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• Previous experience of supervising and mentoring more junior members would be advantageous.
• The firm allows high levels of autonomy as to how fee earners structure their workload and develop their role allowing solicitors to progress their careers long-term with the firm.
