REGULATORY SOLICITOR – PROFESSIONAL DISCIPLINE, 2+ YEARS PQE, GREATER MANCHESTER, UP TO C£60,000 DOE – Legal 500, market leading specialist practice, based in Manchester and recognised UK wide for its work. JOB REF: 8558
• Join this nationally regarded Regulatory team and take on a specialist caseload of Professional Discipline matters
• You will be defending a wide range of professionals from industry sectors including finance, construction, healthcare and education
• The successful candidate must be a qualified Solicitor and have a proven track record managing professional discipline claims.
• You can expect to be advising clients from initial enquiries through to trial and appeals, attending Police Stations, instructing Counsel and liaising with regulatory bodies.
• As well as your own files, you can also expect to work in larger, project teams on complex matters.
