TITLE: Contentious Probate Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: £60-80k (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate will manage and oversee their own caseload of contentious probate matters while working closely with the Partners and the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving and expanding department, with the added chance to engage in business development and networking activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and strong experience in contentious probate law. Candidates should have excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage their caseload efficiently. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders while delivering exceptional client care. ACTAPS qualification is advantageous.
