Commercial Property Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career. REF:8483.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a busy caseload that covers a variety of standard sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant and some development work
• Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance would be advantageous.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, work well within a team environment and to tight deadlines.
