Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 5+ PQE, WEST MIDLANDS, £45 - £55 PER HOUR, PART-TIME, ON-GOING. Join a quality focused firm and provide legal advice on commercial property matters on part-time locum basis to cover permanent recruitment. JOB REF: 8445

• The appointed locum solicitor will be responsible for commercial property work including sales, lease renewals, new build developments, freehold and leasehold and assignments along with other matters
•  Understanding of residential conveyancing is essential, as you will be responsible for overseeing matters when necessary.
• It will be expected that you have the ability to hit the ground running and look after the existing caseload
• Secretarial support is available with the role with dictation
• This is a part-time position which can be offered on 3 days per week, or shorter hours across 5 days
• Role offered on hybrid basis
• The appointed candidate will be able to deliver high quality client care
