JOB TITLE: Regulatory Case Manager - FTC
LOCATION: London/ Hybrid – 1 day per week worked in the office
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years’ PQE
SALARY: Up to £65,000 per annum
THE ROLE:
In this role you will oversee and assist more junior members of staff within the team. You will ensure thorough investigation and resolution of fitness to practise concerns in alignment with the organisation’s goals for quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The appointed lawyer will conduct thorough risk assessments, escalating cases when necessary, and making decisions on case outcomes in alignment with established guidance and procedures.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified solicitors and barristers with previous experience of effective case management against agreed targets with significant experience in an investigation’s role. You will possess exceptional communication skills, coupled with the ability to manage a complex caseload, attend hearings and drive a team forward.
