Planning Solicitor, 3-5 years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Planning Solicitor to join a reputable property team. JOB REF: 8686.

• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with between 3-5 Years PQE with a good technical background and commercial awareness
• This reputable team act for land promoters, developers and property investors requiring planning advice on strategic acquisitions, statutory agreements, and the planning aspects of property due diligence.
• You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and be able to supervise more junior members of the team.
• Previous experience of business development as part of a team, would also be of benefit.
