• The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be joining a highly competent team and have access to a shared facility of secretarial support and case management system.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 3 Years PQE looking to secure a new opportunity with a reputable team
• You will act for property investors, developers, banks and occupiers, this highly experienced team of real estate lawyers provide specialist advice and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
• Experience of Acquisition and Disposals, Development, Leases, Pension Property Purchases, Planning, environmental and construction along with residential development and Property Finance is required.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
