THE ROLE:
Due to the continued growth of the corporate department, this new role will suit an ambitious and driven Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor looking to join a thriving corporate department of a leading law firm. This is a truly outstanding opportunity to learn from some of the most knowledgeable and well thought of Corporate Partners, Associates and Solicitors within the market. The tier 1 rated team is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with up to 3 years’ experience to deal with a broad range of matters including acquisitions, mergers and disposals of companies and businesses and a variety of other transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
If you are a Newly Qualified Corporate Solicitor with excellent technical drafting and negotiation skills as well as a strong commercial approach to your work, then this could be the opportunity for you. You will have completed at least one seat in corporate law within a leading regional, city or national law firm and have a real passion to further you career in this area of law. You will have outstanding inter-personal and communication skills. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have up to 3 years of experience handling a diverse caseload of corporate matters.
