New Build Solicitor

NEW BUILD SOLICITOR, WEST MIDLANDS, SALARY UP TO £40-50K. Excellent opportunity to join the residential property law team of this leading regional law firm. Job ref: 215298367

The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, particularly involving New Build properties.

• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload of new build property matters, from inception through to conclusion, including sales, purchases, shared ownership, of equity, right to buy, and lease extensions.

• The firm are considering candidates that have excellent technical experience and knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, as well as the ability to process cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

• You will build strong relationships with clients and key contacts, providing legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders while delivering outstanding client care.
