RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, WEST MIDLANDS, SALARY UP TO £40-50K. Excellent opportunity to join the residential property law team of this leading regional law firm. Job ref: 215298364
The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload from inception through to conclusion, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, new-build, shared ownership, transfers of equity, right to buy, and lease extensions.
• The firm are considering candidates that have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, and the ability to process cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• You will also develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
