TITLE: Corporate Commercial Solicitor
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
PQE: 5+
SALARY: £60-75k (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This excellent law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Solicitor to become part of their rapidly growing Corporate & Commercial team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an impressive client portfolio across various sectors, handling a high-quality caseload of general commercial matters and corporate/M&A transactions.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE with prior experience in Corporate & Commercial law. You must be able to demonstrate strong technical expertise, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. A proven track record of effectively managing a diverse caseload is also essential.
