Private Wealth and Tax Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Exeter, £65,000 - £85,000 (DOE) – a new role for an experienced Private Wealth & Tax Solicitor to join a reputable team. JOB REF:8292.

• Applications are sought from Private Wealth and Tax Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• This impressive team deal with a wide variety types of private client work including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Domestic Trusts, Probate and income and capital tax planning.
• You will be responsible for estate and asset protection planning, drafting wills, creation of onshore trusts including drafting and advising, probate planning and Estate Administration, Powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• You will be managing existing clients & building on the client base already established in the area, via networking and business development.
• STEP member or working towards a STEP qualification is strongly desired
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, work well within a team environment and to tight deadlines.
