COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
The Dispute Resolution team with this nationally regarded law firm is in a position of growth and recruiting as part of its expansion. The team is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its specialists in Manchester where you will be handling a broad range of Corporate Disputes. Under the guidance of a high rated Partner, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills within this area of law and build your reputation with clients. The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have up to around 4 years PQE in contract disputes warranty claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims or disputes, alongside excellent academics and experience of working for a leading national or regional law firm. Used to working within a culture of high-performance, the Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be team-focused and client driven. Excellent commercial acumen, strong business development skills and a proven billing track-record are a prerequisite.
