Agricultural Property Solicitor, NQ-4 Years PQE, Berkshire, £Excellent + Benefits – Are you an Agriculture Solicitor looking to join a friendly and supportive team? If so, this is the role for you. JOB REF: 8002

• Applications are sought from Agricultural Property Solicitors with up to 4 Years PQE looking for a new opportunity.
• You will be responsible for a range of rural commercial property matters, including traditional agricultural property work and diversification projects, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.
• Your caseload will include sales and acquisition of agricultural land and buildings, overage provisions, as well as farm-related tenancy issues.
• You will be expected to be able to independently run your own caseload and assist more senior members of the team with more complex matters.
• It is essential that you have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
