Planning Solicitor, 3+ years PQE, Hertfordshire, £Highly Competitive (DOE) – Are you an experienced Planning Solicitor looking for a new role with a highly reputable team? This could be the role for you! JOB REF: 7886.

• This is an exciting new opportunity to join a friendly and supportive law firm in Hertfordshire.
• Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE with a good technical background and commercial awareness
• The team act for land promoters, developers and property investors requiring planning advice on strategic acquisitions, statutory agreements, and the planning aspects of property due diligence,
• You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to supervise more junior members of the team.
• Previous experience of business development as part of a team, would also be of benefit.
