•In this role, the appointed solicitor will handle a busy caseload of up to 100 files. The caseload will consist of but not limited to leasehold, freehold, re-mortgages, new builds.

•You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

•Applicants should have at least 4 years’ PQE and be adept at managing a high-volume Residential Conveyancing workload.

•The successful Legal Professional will have a sold understanding of property law and regulations and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
