PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, MERSEYSIDE, UP TO C£55,000 DOE. A leading firm has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Litigator to join their expanding team. The role offers a diverse and complex caseload, providing the opportunity for career development.

JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Merseyside
SALARY: c£55,000

THE ROLE:
• The role offers a broad and complex caseload, with the opportunity to handle tribunal hearings, county court claims, multi-track trials, and high court appeals
• This team also handle property management litigation on behalf of institutional landlords, pension funds, and asset managers, focusing on large residential and mixed-use developments
• In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are prioritised

THE CANDIDATE:
• Applications are invited from Property Litigation Solicitors with at least 2 years' experience, or skilled litigators with a keen interest in property litigation
• You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to delivering high standards of client care, and a genuine passion for property litigation
• Ensuring you stay up to date with current and changing legislation would also be beneficial for this role
