Corporate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Milton Keynes, £Competitive + Benefits – A new opportunity has arisen to join a highly reputable law firm in Milton Keynes. JOB REF:7795.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will demonstrate experience in a range of corporate matters, including M&A, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Joint Ventures, capital market listings/IPOs, restructurings, public company takeovers, and corporate advisory work.
• You will be confident, approachable, and proactive in managing your own caseload while working effectively with the broader corporate team.
