Contentious Probate Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Kent, £Excellent + Benefits – A new opportunity has arisen for a junior Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:7782.

• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience in trusts and estate litigation.
• You will be responsible for assisting with the team’s larger disputes relating to estates and trusts, and to manage smaller disputes with minimal supervision.
• You will be a clear communicator who can remain calm under pressured situations, whilst keeping client best interests at heart.
• A can-do attitude it essential, together with being a team player.
